As we talked about the solar powered irrigation system at Holy Gardens Memorial Park, Jaaf suggested that since I would be planning to do a subdivision development he suggested to have the subdivision powered by solar so that the residents would have cheap source of energy. This gives rise to the idea to have green subdivision:
grey water recycling
plenty of trees
solar heating
lighting and ventilation efficient homes
led lighting at night
Sounds great. But will this be costly?
