The Next Apple Will Be Found In LED Lighting

This article first appeared on Technica Communications. by Lisa Ann Pinkerton Who doesn't wish they had invested in Apple when it was $16 a share? Quite often, timing the market is more intuition than science.  Those who know analog to digital inflection points are watching LEDs.  Get it right, and enormous wealth can be created. Time it wrong and you're left in the dust, like Polaroid. It's easy to look back on digital film, the … Read More

Jaaf suggested to me a solar powered subdivision development

Rizal  PHL  May 17, 2013

As we talked about the  solar powered irrigation system at Holy Gardens Memorial Park, Jaaf suggested that since I would be planning to do a subdivision development he suggested to have the subdivision powered by solar so that the residents would have cheap source of energy.  This gives rise to the idea to have green subdivision:

grey water recycling
plenty of trees
solar heating
lighting and ventilation efficient homes
led lighting at night

Sounds great.  But will this be costly?
