Now is the time to go solar; prices are really down down

Solar panel prices has really gone down.  From $8.00/watt 3 years ago it was down to half of that last year (at $4.00/watt)  The price is inclusive of design, inverter, controller and installation.  The CEPALCO system cost $5.00/watt (the 10 mW cost $5 million dollars)

But I learned that the cost of PV only is $1.70/watt.   Lately though, we had quotes of $0.90 only per watt.  (So a 1 kw installation would be only P36t)

However, the inverter controller unit would cost approximately the same amount;  so with the installation cost.  This is the area for cost improvement.
