Savings from oil and coal importation
These twin events will hit many PHL consumers like truckloads of rocks. I hope we can be flexible enough to weather these difficulties.
It is time we plan long term to have renewables and stop dependence on fossil fuel.
Solar and wind can decrease our fossil fuel usage. Then we can use more energy efficient lamps and applliances. We are working hard to introduce these devices through financing and promotion
